Yes, absolutely. Send us your sketch, photo reference, or CAD file and our design team will work with you to bring your vision to life. We support full custom OEM and private label production.

Yes. We strongly recommend approving a physical sample before full production begins. Sample lead time is 7–14 business days.

Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production, and 50% balance before shipment. We accept bank wire transfer (T/T).

We work with Sterling Silver 925, Gold 9k–18k, Brass, and Copper. Plating options include 18k Gold, Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, Rhodium, and Black Rhodium.

We offer Prong, Bezel, Pavé, Channel, and Micro-setting. We work with Cubic Zirconia (CZ), Diamonds, and natural or synthetic Gemstones.

Yes. Our in-house design team creates precise 3D CAD models from your sketch or reference image. You review and approve the CAD before we produce a physical prototype.

Every piece goes through multiple QC checkpoints — post-casting, post-polishing, post-setting, and final inspection before packaging. We provide QC photos upon request.

Natural diamonds are mined from the earth and carry geological history. Lab grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical — same hardness (10 Mohs), same brilliance — but grown in a controlled environment. Lab grown diamonds cost 60-80% less than natural diamonds of the same quality. Both are real diamonds. For OEM jewelry, lab grown diamonds are increasingly popular with USA, Canadian, and Australian brands seeking premium quality at accessible price points. We offer both options with GIA-certified stones available on request.

Gold Vermeil is thick 18k gold plating (minimum 2.5 microns) applied over 925 sterling silver base. Gold Plated can be any gold thickness over any base metal (often brass or copper). Vermeil is the premium choice — it lasts significantly longer, meets international standards, and is required by law to be labeled 'vermeil' in many markets including the USA. For private label jewelry brands, we strongly recommend gold vermeil over standard gold plating for quality and longevity.

For prototypes and sampling, MOQ is 1 piece per design. We produce a wax or silver prototype for your approval before committing to full production. Prototype cost is charged separately and is typically credited against your full production order. Full production MOQ starts at 30 pieces per design.
